Subscribing is quick and easy. First, create an account or log in. Then go to the "Plans" or "Pricing" page, choose the subscription that fits your needs, and complete the secure checkout process. Once your payment is confirmed, your subscription becomes active immediately. You will then be able to book lessons, access your learning materials, and use all member features on the website. If you need help choosing a plan or completing your subscription, feel free to contact me anytime.
After subscribing, you can book lessons directly from your dashboard. Simply open the calendar, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive an email reminder before the lesson starts. Please note that regular one-on-one lessons must be booked at least 6 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation. You can book individual lessons or set up a recurring weekly schedule, depending on what works best for you. If something changes, you can also reschedule from the same page.
All one-on-one lessons take place directly on the website using the built-in online classroom. After you book a session, you can preview all your upcoming lessons in the "My Lessons" or calendar section of your dashboard. When it's time for your class, simply click on the scheduled lesson - you'll be taken straight into the online classroom where the session will begin. There's no need to download anything; everything happens inside the website for your convenience. If you ever need help accessing the classroom, feel free to contact me.
All your lesson notes and vocabulary flashcards are stored in your personal dashboard. After each class, the materials are automatically uploaded for you. To download your notes, simply go to the "My Lessons" or "Notes" section and click the download button next to each file. To download your vocabulary flashcards, open the "Flashcards" or "Resources" section. You can download them as a PDF, image set, or import-ready file for your preferred flashcard app. These resources are included in your subscription, and you can access them anytime - even after your subscription ends. If you need help finding a specific file, feel free to contact me.
All the materials included in your purchase or subscription can be found directly in your student dashboard. On your student page, click the "Home" icon on the left side. Inside this section, you will see all your purchased content, subscribed materials, lesson notes, and downloadable files neatly organized for easy access. You can view or download everything from there at any time. If you ever have trouble locating a specific item, feel free to contact me - I am always happy to help.
You can change your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. Simply go to "Billing" or "Subscription" and select "Change Plan." From there, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade based on your needs. If you upgrade, the new plan becomes active immediately, and the price difference will be calculated automatically. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you can continue using your current plan until it expires. You can cancel your website subscription at any time through your account settings. Simply log in, open the "Billing" or "Subscription" section, and click "Cancel Subscription."
