5. Lesson Booking & Class Policy

5.1 Booking

You may book lessons through your student dashboard after subscribing or purchasing lesson credits.

5.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You may reschedule or cancel a lesson according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at full price.
• Lessons start and end on the scheduled time.

5.3 Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor cancels a lesson, you will receive a replacement lesson or credit.

6. Digital Products & Subscriptions

6.1 Digital Materials

When purchasing digital materials (PDFs, videos, flashcards, etc.), you receive a personal, non-transferable license. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell the materials
• Publish them on the internet
• Use them commercially outside personal learning

6.2 Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are given for unused time.
